For over a decade, I’ve wandered British woodlands and wetlands, capturing moments where wildlife reveals its quiet beauty. As an avid birdwatcher and photographer, I cannot resist the urge to draw or paint our little feathered friends—especially when I see them perched in unusual poses, or when I capture a great shot on my long walks in the local woods. Birds fascinate me with their unique appearances as well as their quirky behaviours. I love the challenge of rendering their intricate plumage and capturing their lively characters. I love all birds—the big ones and the small, the rare ones and the most common!
Recently, I have also taken an interest in botany, and flowers, as well as some native trees, feature more regularly in my work. Living in harmony with the seasons is very important to me, and if you’re interested in following my creative journey, please feel free to check out my blog. Expect a blend of light storytelling, deeper insights, and the occasional unexpected fact—because the natural world is never as simple as it seems!
